By completing and submitting a form on https://mirage-hotel.ru, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

Consent is deemed given from the moment the box “I consent to the processing of personal data” is ticked and the form is submitted. The box is not pre-ticked — the Data Subject ticks it. Without it the form is not submitted.
The Data Subject is identified by the information they themselves stated in the form (name and contact details). The Operator does not request any information about the Data Subject other than that stated in the form.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (revision, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed in section 7 of the Privacy Policy, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation. No decisions producing legal effects for the Data Subject are taken solely on the basis of automated processing.
Consent is valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject. The specific retention periods for each category of data are set out in clause 6.3 of the Privacy Policy.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to the Operator at info@mirage-hotel.ru or to the postal address stated in section 1. Upon receipt of the withdrawal the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within the period established by law, except where processing may continue on other lawful grounds.
Consent to the use of analytics cookies is withdrawn directly on the website — via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.
Through the website forms the Operator does not process special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health, sex life) or biometric personal data. The website forms are not intended to be completed by minors on their own.
