PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

To choose to pay for accommodation services by card, click the «Pay by card» button on the relevant page of the site (the booking form). The payment is processed through the authorisation server of the bank's processing centre using bank credit cards of the following payment systems:

HOW YOUR DATA IS TRANSFERRED

To make a payment you need to provide the details of your bank card. The data is transferred in compliance with all the necessary security measures. The information is sent only to the bank's authorisation server over a secure channel (SSL 3.0 protocol). The data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on the specialised server of the payment system.

Your confidential data is fully protected. No one, including the booking system, can access it. When handling confidential data, the information protection standard created by the Visa and MasterCard payment systems — PCI DSS — is applied. The data transfer technology guarantees security through the use of encryption protocols and the Verified by Visa and Secure Code, MIR accepted, JCB J/Secure technologies.

HOW THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORKS

If you choose to pay by bank card, the order is paid immediately after it is placed. Once you have completed your accommodation request, click the «Pay by card» button, and the system will redirect you to the authorisation server page, where you will be asked to enter your card details and initiate its authorisation, after which you will return to the booking form. When you return to the booking form, the system will notify you of the authorisation result. If the authorisation is confirmed, your order will be processed automatically in accordance with the conditions you have set. If the card authorisation is declined, you can repeat the payment procedure.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel or shorten your booking after payment has been made, you can either order another hotel service for that amount or have the full amount refunded to your card by first sending an email to info@mirage-hotel.ru. The refund is issued to the same card that was previously used for the payment. Depending on the tariff you have chosen, the payment conditions may differ. Please familiarise yourself with the tariff information in advance when making your choice.

ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL

On arrival at the hotel, private guests must present the receipt with the bank's payment mark and the passport of the cardholder, if payment was made by bank card.

PAYMENT BY VISA BANK CARDS

All types of VISA payment cards are accepted, with the exception of Visa Electron. In most cases the Visa Electron card cannot be used for online payment, except for cards issued by certain banks. You should check with your card-issuing bank whether payment by Visa Electron is possible.

PAYMENT BY MasterCard CREDIT CARDS

All types of MasterCard are accepted on the site.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

your credit card number;

the expiry date of your credit card, month/year;

the CVV code for Visa cards / the CVC code for MasterCard:

the last 3 digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.

If your card has no CVC / CVV code, the card may not be suitable for CNP transactions (i.e. transactions where the card itself is not present but its details are used), and you should contact your bank for more information.

To make a payment (to enter your card details) you will be redirected to the payment gateway of SBERBANK PJSC. The connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information take place in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept or J-Secure technology for secure online payments, you may also need to enter a special password to complete the payment.
