Official hotel of the BRICS Summit
The XVI BRICS Summit was held in Kazan on 22–24 October 2024. Mirage accommodated summit delegations and was awarded a letter of commendation accompanying the commemorative medal — signed by the Mayor of Kazan — for its contribution to preparing and hosting the summit.

The hotel stands in the centre of Kazan, opposite the Kremlin, and welcomes the guests of the city’s largest events.

Russia — ASEAN Summit
The anniversary summit marking 35 years of relations, 14 delegations of member states. The hotel hosted delegations, including at head-of-state level.

FIFA World Cup
Kazan hosted six matches of the tournament. The Brazil national team stayed at Mirage when it came for the quarter-final against Belgium: ahead of the team’s arrival a graffiti portrait of Neymar appeared on the school wall opposite the hotel, and the player shared it on his social media.
June 2017
FIFA Confederations Cup
Kazan hosted four matches of the tournament, including a semi-final. The Mexico national team stayed at the hotel ahead of its match against Portugal.
November 2009 and September 2010
FC Barcelona in the Champions League
On both visits for the group-stage matches against Rubin at the Central Stadium — 0:0 in November 2009 and 1:1 in September 2010 — the team stayed at Mirage. Lionel Messi played in both.
